Wireframe Estate

We do not sell pictures. We sell structure.

Every house we represent is reduced to its geometric truth — drawn as a single black line on white paper.

01 — Position

We are not a brokerage. We are a studio that treats architecture, ownership and space as a system, and renders that system as a drawing.

Every property is an instruction. Every instruction draws a line. Every line together becomes a house.

02 — Language

Precise. Numbers over adjectives. "420 m², 6 rooms, 1928." Not "spacious, charming, historic."

Quiet. Statements end. No exclamation marks.

Instructional. Every sentence is an executable rule.

03 — Geometry

All architectural renderings: wireframe, 1 px stroke, ink black.

Vertices of importance: 1 px square, instruction red.

No shadows. No rounded corners. No gradients. No glass.

04 — Data

We work with open CityGML LoD2 geometry from the German federal states. Every wireframe is a direct translation of official 3D building models — no artistic license, no interpretation.

05 — The one rule

If we cannot write the instruction that produced the image, we do not publish it.
