   Examination

   We review documents, location and geometry. Acceptance or refusal within ten working days.

3. 03

   Preparation

   Wireframe, dossier and key data are prepared. Four weeks, no exception.

4. 04

   Representation

   We show the property to at most four prospects at a time. Appointments by arrangement only.

5. 05

   Completion

   Notarial certification through one of our partner notaries. Handover in person.
